Founded in 1992, we are the region’s oldest and most experienced background screening company servicing thousands of global companies background screening needs.

  Our mission is to be the best solution for Latin American background checks by providing top-level service through our regional network of native speakers and in-country staff.

• Our founder, Mark McCabe, has built our network over the past 32 years, developing a team of dedicated in-country professionals in South America, Central America, Mexico, and the Caribbean.  As a result, LAB has the largest footprint in the region and is uniquely positioned to be an all-in-one solution for background check needs across Latin America.
